Sessions with Kelly involve dialogue to connect dots from your physical symptoms and sensations to emotions, memories and beliefs that hold those patterns in place. Kelly is skilled at tuning into subtle energy, practicing compassionate listening and asking pointed questions that quickly get to the heart of those patterns. A willingness to examine those connections can maximize the potential of this work. It is performed over clothing, so please dress comfortably.

Somatic Experiencing is an interactive and powerful form of trauma healing that focuses on uncovering the root of trauma, energetic imbalances or chronic pain to access deep healing. This neurobiological approach involves dialogue and deeply tuning into your body to process emotions, memories and physical sensations and their effect on your nervous system and psyche. Kelly is trained to attune to the physiology and emotional aspects of these patterns, gently facilitating interventions that allow you to unlock the patterns and surface stuck emotions to allow greater freedom and ease. This takes place seated across from each other and may involve active movement or stretching.

Sound Bath

Our sound bath uses the frequencies of metal & crystal bowls, gongs & other instruments to take you on a journey into a deep meditative & spiritual state of relaxation and personal awareness. Call, text, or email to book.

Starting with a full body dry brush treatment to invigorate your lymph, circulatory, nervous and digestive systems, followed by a full body scrub removed with hot towels, and a hydrating lotion application to quench your skin. We finish this treatment off with a 30 minute Express Facial.

Body Scrub
(30 minutes)
Using a Body Deli Natural Salt Scrub, our techs will thoroughly scrub your legs, feet, arms, back, and abdomen, removing dead skin cells and leaving you feeling silky smooth. Choose from a wide array of scents.
We do not have showers or locker rooms. Scrubs will be thoroughly removed with hot towels.

Acne Clearing Back Treatment

This back treatment is designed to target all types of breakouts. Cleansing, exfoliating, extractions, mask and moisturizer. Add on a Chemical Peel for an additional $20.

Naturalives has a 24-Hour Cancelation Policy. A deposit of 20% is required for bookings. This deposit is non-refundable if you cancel or reschedule less than 24 hours in advance or no-show for your appointment. This is to ensure our therapists are paid for their time in the event of a no call no show or last-minute cancelation. 48-Hour notice required for cancelation of packages and groups of 3 or more.
