-Do you offer mobile services?
        No, we do not offer mobile services at this time.


-What time should I arrive?
        For waxing or body scrub appointments, we recommend arriving 5 minutes early. For all other services, including packages, we recommend first time clients arrive at least 10 minutes early for intake, and returning clients 5 minutes early.


-Do you have showers, locker rooms, or any resort spa facilities?
        We do not have showers, locker rooms, or additional facilities, as we are a small spa. We have our six treatment rooms, a restroom, and our lobby which has light complimentary snacks and water as well as seating and reading material.


-Can I get services if I'm pregnant?
         For our pregnant clients we offer Prenatal massages as well as specialized facials. You may also get waxing services and energy work. For massage, you must be in your second or third trimester and you must book a prenatal massage. We will not perform a massage if you are in the first trimester, as it is considered high risk.


-Can a minor receive any services at your spa?
          Any person under the age of 18 cannot receive intimate waxing. This includes bikini line, bikini full, brazilians, and butt. Minors can receive facial waxing and body waxing with a signed consent form from a legal guardian. Minors ages 16 and 17 may receive a massage or body scrub with a consent form signed by a legal guardian, and the guardian may be present in the room for the duration of the massage if desired. Minors ages 12-17 may receive facials with a consent form signed by a legal guardian. All consent forms would be signed at check-in.


-What if I'm late to my appointment?
        We will always do our best to accommodate and provide the full service time as we understand life can be unpredictable. However, you are booking and paying for a time slot, meaning if we have other bookings we will need to end your service at the scheduled time and you will still be required to pay full price. If you are 15 minutes or more late, we will have to reschedule/cancel your appointment and your deposit will be forfeited. These policies are in place to ensure our techs are being paid for their time, and to ensure clients who are on time do not have to start their services late. Thank you for your understanding.
